I Pee, You Pee, Everybody She-P - A Scuba Story for Girls I still have a smile on my face thinking about how I came to learn about She-P… The Scuba Diver Girls dive cold water a lot and we always complain about the chilly entry and then the numb fingers and toes upon our exit. Preventive Effect Of Pre-Dive Hydration On Bubble Formation In Divers Conclusion of this article: Pre-dive oral hydration decreases circulatory bubbles, thus offering a relatively easy means of reducing DCS risk. The prehydration condition allowed to attenuate dehydration and prevent hypovolemia induced by the diving session. Hydration and diving did not change plasma surface tension in this study.
