Freedom, independence and comfort are just some of the many words that accompany my dives with the She-P.
Many thanks for this great invention and your commitment!!
Elisha Gibson –
I have been happily using the She-P for about ten years. It is one of the most important pieces of gear I have and is critical to keeping me dry, warm, comfortable, and hydrated during my dives. I also really appreciate the support on the Facebook group as well as the instruction documents.
Nelly –
I couldn’t be happier with the She-P. It has completely transformed my diving. I was starting to run up against the limitations of nappies during open circuit decompression dives, and the She-P essentially made CCR deco diving a possibility for me – not just a possibility, but actually comfortable and safe, since I did not have to balance my fluid intake with what my nappies could hold! I have worn the She-P in Florida’s famously humid cave country for over 12 hours, and it kept working great. Thank you, Heleen.
Ioana Pereni –
Great invention- easy to use and allows good hydration while wearing a dry suit anywhere
I’d particularly recommend it for long cold water dives and boat diving with no toilet on board

I have been a faithful She-P user since 2011 after completing my first cave class. I moved from NYC to cave country in Florida for the caves. I wear my She-P every time I am in my drysuit. With over 100 cave dives a year, that is a lot of She-P usage.
In addition to diving in Florida, my She-P has also been on my many dive trips to the St Lawrence River, Vancouver Island, Seattle, and Mexico. What a relief to be able to stay hydrated during dives, especially the deco dives and not worry about the location of the next bathroom.
Whenever I experience a leak it is because I rushed the application, it is never due to any structural issues with the She-P device.
I have been to Mexico on five different week long cave diving trips. On these trips, my She-P is on for 12 hours each day because most of the cenotes are in the jungles. The She-P stays on without any issues or leaks despite the huge amount of sweating in the summer temperatures of Mexico.
My famous line which my dive buddies hear often is, “The world is my urinal whenever I have my She-P”. Thank you, Heleen. I love my She-P!

Look like a lady, pee like a man!
Ladies, we all know there is nothing that we can’t compete with men over……save peeing on long dives–it’s been the bane of our existence!
But now we have She-P. You may be wary, you may be scared, but ohhhhhhhhh ladies…….THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR WORLD!
Hike, Dive, Cave, the world is your oyster!
Don’t be afraid; the application is easy, just take your time to get it right. The product isn’t “icky” at all, and you will be free to dive as long as your limits allow, hike as high as you can, and show the men how its really done!
On top of a great product, they also have AMAZING customer service (thanks, Helen!) and a team committed to customer satisfaction.

– What? Do you girls have a p-valve on your suit? How come?
That was my first meeting with the She-P back in 2013 when I was in Florida for my cave diving course. And of course I brought one back to Norway. No more diapers or worries about if I have to make a pee from the boat before (or after) the dive, or how I will be able to do that four hour long cave dive. Now I make sure I stay hydrated before and during the dive. I love my she-p!
Nic –
Best She-P ever … happy to have one over ten years.
Love it, to makers dives over a few hours and never have a pee-problem 🙂
Anne –
It took some two times of trial and error but after that I’ve been a really happy user. Excellent invention and really good customer service. Thank you so much, you’ve saved my long dives!
Sam –
Fantastic product. Finally can do long dives or be out all day with worrying about how/where I can pee (especially when on a RiB all day).
Comfortable to wear, once its on you can just forget about, drink and get on with doing what we love…diving!

I would also like to say thanks for a great product.
I have used She-P since 2009. In 2009 I was the only female technical diver in my dive club and one of three technical divers in total (well a small club). Anyway, this great invention has helped me during the really long dives. More importantly, I use it during long days in small boats filled with guys. With She-P I can pee when I need to and feel totally comfortable.
She-P has also been great when working as a scuba instructor. Now I can stay in the water for hours with the beginners coming in to the water two at a time. It really saves time not having to go up to ‘go’.
The first, blue She-P that I bought in 2009 still works but I look forward to having a new, fresh ‘technical black’ one for the coming years.”
Tatiana from Russia –
Using my She-P for 4,5 years already (caves and wrecks) and happy with it!! Thank you Heleen! Thank you, thank you 🙂
Ashley from Long Island NY –
The She-P has changed my diving experience forever! I will never forget my first time using this, I started to cry from Happiness during my dive in the Florida Springs (I’m not joking)
There is a learning curve for using this (like everything else with scuba diving) and it is an investment, but it’s completely worth it!
Words can not express how GLORIOUS a warm dive is-while ALSO being able to pee!
Thank you for this beautiful device that will allow me to finally fully enjoy both my short recreational dives as well as my technical dives!
Anne Rodelato –
Why I didn’t try it before !!!!!
I enjoy so much this product, it allows me to do the long dives I like with no problem….just like my male buddies.
What a great idea.
Thank you Heleen.
Elisabeth –
After a while you don’t even notice that you are wearing your “she-p”, neither underwater nor out of the water -You can normally drive your car, load and unload you dive gear and … pee underwater – hip hip hurrrrray!!!!! : )

Yesterdays She-P training field: A cave in the Swiss Mountains. There is a small lake on top of the waterfall and behind that is the cave entrance.
In order to get all our cave gear down there, back up again und complete the surface intervall, we climbed down and up again eight !! times in total. The “path” can be seen on the close up picture, its on the right side, starting to go up on the upper side of the waterfall. LOL, there is no path, you have to rope up and down ;-).
Even though I didn’t have any leakage for months, I was curious to see if the She-P would stand up to these conditions: 15 hours in my She-P including four hours of car ride, a lot of climbing and heavy lifting, roping down over rocks, two dives. Well… it did! I’m so happy and thrilled.
Thank you Heleen and Laura for all your patience, time and effort in developing and improving the She-P. It’s so simple, but it changes everything!

Just completed my JJ-CCR course and couldn’t have done without the She-P!
I just got my spare since my old one is getting worn by now, probably around 200 dives and very few leaks so far.
